BENTON COUNTY (4-24) – Construction on the Bella Vista Bypass (Highway 549/Future Interstate 49) will require lane closures at the Bella Vista Bypass in Bentonville, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

Beginning Wednesday, April 26, crews will be placing final asphalt surface on the Bella Vista Bypass roundabout and approach ramps at the intersection with I-49, U.S. Highway 71 and U.S. Highway 71B (North Walton Boulevard). Lanes will alternately be closed from the I-49 southbound exit ramp to North Walton Boulevard (Exit 93) to about 0.5 miles south of I-49 on North Walton Boulevard.
