PULASKI & LONOKE COUNTIES (02-07) – Crews hanging overhead signs on U.S. Highway 67 will require northbound lane closures in Pulaski and Lonoke counties, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, northbound traffic will be stopped for 15-minute intervals to hang overhead signs between Main Street (Exit 9) in Jacksonville and north of State Highway 5 (Exit 16) in Cabot. The 15-minute closure will take place on Saturday, February 9 between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The rolling traffic stops will be assisted by the Arkansas Highway Police.

Advance warning signs will be placed to notify traffic approaching the closure. The public is advised to be cautious if traveling in this work zone.

This project (Job CA0605) is part of ARDOT's Connecting Arkansas Program and includes widening 4.6 miles of U.S. Highway 67 from Vandenberg Boulevard in Jacksonville to State Highway 5 in Cabot.
