Work on Interstate 30 Requires Lane Closures in Little Rock

PULASKI COUNTY (12-03) – Crews performing work along the Interstate 30 corridor in Little Rock will require lane closures, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.
Weather permitting, the following travel impacts will occur the week of December 7.
- Mon., Dec. 7 – Wed., Dec. 9 | 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. | Eastbound I-30 Shoulder | Daytime right-shoulder closure between 9th St. and 6th St.
- Mon., Dec. 7 – Fri., Dec. 11 | 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. | Southbound I-30 Frontage Road | Daytime single-lane closure between 9th St. and 11th St.
- Mon., Dec. 7 – Sat., Dec. 12 | 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. | 3rd St. | Daytime eastbound and westbound right-lane closures between Collins St. and Ferry St.
- Wed., Dec. 9 – Thu., Dec. 10 | 8 p.m. – 7 a.m. | River Market Ave. and 2nd St. Intersection | Overnight full closure of the intersection and lanes leading to the intersection. Flagging operations will be in place for local business access. Overnight detours will be signed and direct traffic around the work zone by using Cumberland St., Sherman St., 3rd St. and President Clinton Ave.
- Fri. Dec. 11 – Sun. Dec. 13 | 8 p.m. – 7 a.m. | 3rd St. | Overnight lane closures between River Market Ave. and World Ave. Full closure Friday night between Mahlon Martin St. and World Ave; detour will be signed directing traffic to use 6th St., Shall Ave., and World Ave. Alternating lane closures will be in place the remaining nights between River Market Ave. and World Ave.; flagging operations will be in place.
Traffic will be controlled by signage, construction barrels, and barriers. The public is advised to be cautious when traveling in the work zone and watch for slower traffic speeds.
