LITTLE ROCK (10-17) - The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public informational meeting concerning the Bella Vista Bypass interim modified connector that will be constructed at Highway 71 and Highway 71B. This project is part of the department's Connecting Arkansas Program.

The meeting will be held Thursday, October 23rd, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Bethel Baptist Church (Activity Center), 2907 N. Walton Blvd. in Bentonville. The educational meeting will acquaint citizens with the project and allow attendees to share their comments and concerns with the project team.

The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view exhibits, ask questions and offer comments. For more information, contact the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department's Environmental Division at 501-569-2281.
