AHTD to Hold Public Involvement Meeting in Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK (10-31) – The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a public involvement meeting in Little Rock to present and discuss transportation solutions for the Interstate 30 Planning and Environmental Linkages Study. The study will identify and document the transportation needs and potential improvements for the study area, which includes I-30 from I-40 to I-530, including the Arkansas River Bridge, as well as I-40 from JFK Boulevard to Highway 67. This project is part of the department's Connecting Arkansas Program.
The meeting will be held Thursday, November 6, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Horace Mann Arts and Science Magnet Middle School (Cafeteria), 1000 East Roosevelt Road in Little Rock.
The meeting will be held in an open house format, and the public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions, and provide input on the study.
