GARLAND COUNTY (12-2) – The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a public involvement meeting in Hot Springs to present and discuss the proposed plans to widen U.S. Highway 270 from the Ouachita River to Fleetwood Drive, and Fleetwood Drive to State Highway 227 in Garland County.

The public is invited to visit any time during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments. The meeting will follow an open house format and will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
