PULASKI COUNTY | March 5, 2025
NR# 25-038
Construction to widen Highway 67/167 (Interstate 57) to six lanes between Main Street and Vandenberg Boulevard in Jacksonville requires a full closure of the northbound lanes between Main Street and North James Street beginning at 8 p.m., Friday, March 7 through 12 p.m., Saturday, March 8.
Weather permitting, crews will fully close the northbound lanes on Highway 67/167 (Interstate 57) between Main Street and North James Street to allow crews to conduct drainage improvements.
Highway 67/167 (Interstate 57) northbound traffic will detour to Main Street (Exit 9), continue onto the frontage road, and use the North James Street on-ramp to access Highway 67/167 (Interstate 57) northbound.
Traffic will be controlled with police assistance, message boards, construction barriers, and signage. The public is advised to be cautious when traveling in the work zone and watch for slower traffic speeds.
This project (Job CA0604) is part of ARDOT’s Connecting Arkansas Program and includes widening 2.5 miles of Highway 67 to six lanes, between Main Street (Exit 9) and Vandenberg Boulevard (Exit 11) in Jacksonville.
