PULASKI COUNTY | July 23, 2024
NR #24-239
Construction to widen Highway 67 to six lanes between Main Street and Vandenberg Boulevard in Jacksonville requires the closing of the Highway 67 southbound on-ramp at Gregory Street from 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 24 until late 2024.
Weather permitting, crews will close the Gregory Street on-ramp to Highway 67 southbound to allow construction of the new permanent ramp at Gregory Street. Traffic wishing to access Highway 67 southbound will follow the signed detour:
- Gregory Street to Highway 67 Southbound detour: Traffic will take Gregory Street to Marshall Road, continue to the Main Street intersection, and take the on-ramp to Highway 67 southbound.
See attached detour map NR 24-239-A for additional details.
Traffic will be controlled with traffic drums, barricades, and signage. The public is advised to be cautious when traveling in the work zone and watch for slower traffic speeds. Areas adjacent to the Interstate may experience noise impacts during nighttime hours.
