Work on Interstate 30 Requires Lane Closures In Little Rock and North Little Rock

PULASKI COUNTY (3-23) – Construction on Interstate 30 in Little Rock and North Little Rock will require lane closures, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, the following travel impacts will occur in Little Rock during the week of March 22:

• Mon., March 22 – Fri., March 26 | 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. | 3rd St. westbound | Daytime lane closure between Ferry and Sherman Sts.
• Mon., March 22 – Fri., March 26 | 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. | 4th St. intersections with Cumberland Ave., River Market Ave., and Rock St. | Daytime right lane and sidewalk closures at the intersections. Pedestrian detour routes will be signed for sidewalk closures. Some street parking will be impacted.
• Mon., March 22 – Fri., March 26 | 8 p.m. – 5 a.m. | I-30 | Eastbound and westbound overnight lane closures between I-630 and the Cantrell Rd. interchange. Multiple-lane closures will be limited to 11 p.m. – 4 a.m.
• Mon., March 22 – Fri., March 26 | 8 p.m. – 5 a.m. | I-30 westbound | Overnight lane closure between the I-40 interchange and 19th St. in North Little Rock.
• Fri., March 26 – Sat., March 27 | 9 p.m. – 6 p.m. | I-30 eastbound | Lane closure between I-630 and 2nd Street. Multiple-lane closures will be limited to 11 p.m. – 6 p.m.
• Fri., March 26 – Sat., March 27 | 9 p.m. – noon | I-30 westbound | Lane closure between 2nd St. and I-630.
• Sat., March 27 | I-30 eastbound | Traffic lane shift between 6th and 3rd Sts.

Traffic will be controlled by construction barrels and signage. Drivers should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
